Custom software and web applications

We build applications that work the way your company works. An off-the-shelf tool makes you bend the process to fit it, and here it goes the other way.

Your company has outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools

The company grows, and the process lives in spreadsheets, mailboxes and several systems that do not exchange data. Off-the-shelf software covers part of the need. The key process (bookings, quotes, order handling, settlements with partners) still takes workarounds and manual work.

  • Customer and order data in several places, slightly different in each
  • The same information re-entered by hand between systems
  • To learn the status of a case you have to ask a specific person, because no system shows it
  • Licence costs growing faster than the value of the tool

Process first, code second

We start with analysis: who does what, where data is created and where it gets lost. The architecture and the quote follow from it. We build the system in stages, and each stage ends with a working version that you check in the test environment.

After launch we do not disappear. We also answer for maintenance: servers, backups, updates and further development.

What you get

  • Requirements analysis and architecture design before the first line of code
  • An application with source code, tests and technical documentation
  • Test and production environments with a deployment process

What we build

Internal systems
Operational panels, task and document workflows, management of resources and work schedules.
Booking and sales platforms
Online booking with payments, real-time availability and support for multiple locations.
B2B portals and customer portals
Your business partners check orders, their own price list, documents and statuses themselves.
SaaS products
Multi-tenant applications with subscriptions, user roles and billing.
Modernisation of existing systems
We take over a running application, put it in order and develop it. The company keeps working without interruption.
Websites and online shops as part of an implementation
A public layer connected to the system: offer, booking, purchase, customer account.

Common questions, short answers

How much does a custom system cost?

The price depends on the scope, and we learn the scope during analysis. After the discovery workshop you get a document with the architecture, schedule and price: fixed for a closed scope, or time and materials for projects developed in stages.

Who owns the code?

You do. Once the project has been settled, we transfer to your company the economic copyright in the code produced under the contract. We write the terms into the contract before work begins.

Can you take over an existing system?

Yes. We start with an audit of the code and infrastructure. After it you get a description of the technical condition, a list of risks and a plan for further work.

What does cooperation look like during the project?

We work in sprints that end with a demo. You have access to the test environment and direct contact with the person responsible for the project.

What happens after deployment?

You can cover the system with a maintenance agreement under an SLA: monitoring, backups, security updates and development.
