Infrastructure, hosting and maintenance
A server nobody monitors runs until its first failure. We maintain the environments our clients’ applications run on, and we write the scope of responsibility, backups and response times into the contract.

Common questions, short answers
How does migration from our current hosting work?
We start with an inventory: applications, databases, domains, email and scheduled tasks. We prepare the new environment, transfer the data and test that everything works. We plan the switchover for an agreed date and keep the option of returning to the previous environment.
How do backups work?
We make backups daily. We describe the scope of the backups (files, databases), the retention period and the restore procedure in the contract.
Do you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. We conclude a personal data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR) together with the service contract. We state the server location in the offer and in the contract.
What is the response time in the event of a failure?
It depends on the package and the priority of the request. We write the response time into the SLA, together with the support hours and the procedure for reporting incidents.
Can you take over servers you did not configure?
Yes. We start with a configuration and security audit. After the audit you get a list of recommendations and a proposed scope of support.
Is hosting available without a software development project?
Yes. Infrastructure and maintenance are a separate service. It also covers applications built by other teams.
